At res:harmonics, we're building the world's best cloud-based serviced living property management system (PMS). The serviced apartment, co-living and build to rent sectors are experiencing huge international growth, so it is an exciting sector to work in. Although we are a small business we have clients based across the UK, Europe and Asia.

In the last year we’ve experienced nearly 30% growth in our revenue year on year, which is allowing us to invest and further improve our offering. We are moving out of the start-up and into the scale-up phase, which requires us to continue to add new functionality for customers, and also improve our processes and technology and mature our platform, ensuring a steady foundation to underpin further growth.

Responsibilities Overview:

  • Drive the growth of res:harmonics through the attraction of new business opportunities, within markets where there is a clear ICP (Identified Customer Profile) and proven market fit. This role will initially focus on UK and Europe.
  • Generate and develop business relationships to drive new business opportunities.

  • Where leads are shared with this role, these are to be effectively managed, thoroughly explored and capitalised.

  • Effectively represent res:harmonics to shape and drive business opportunities through to signed business; this will require an ability to build relationships, while also being able to demo a system.

  • Clear weighted sales pipeline ownership and management.

  • Deliver new business to meet business targets; these will be managed quarterly and annually.

  • Manage the contractual signing of new business.

  • Ability to represent res:harmonics professionally in every forum the role puts you in (online, conferences, meetings, etc), ensuring every opportunity is thoroughly explored and capitalised.

  • Work with the senior management team at res:harmonics to utilise their skills to enable more timely closing of new business opportunities.

  • Work with the senior management team at res:harmonics to ensure timely scheduling, management, and handover of new business when signed.

  • Gain (and maintain) strong market intelligence for the property management sector.

  • Manage and share clear new business reporting to the res:harmonics senior management team (weekly and monthly).



Job requirements

Skills & Abilities for the role:

  • 3 years + SaaS sales experience closing deals between £30k - £60k.

  • 3 years + weighted pipeline management for deals that take up to 18 months to close.

  • Proven experience in selling highly configurable SaaS solutions.

  • Experience in hospitality (preferably).

  • Experience in management systems (preferable).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent skills in updating CRM to ensure accurate reporting of the managed sales pipeline.

  • Ability to work within all levels of an organisation (working with directors as well as the teams who will use a system) and adjust narrative accordingly.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Excellent organisational and numerical skills.

  • Is a highly driven individual who seeks accountability.
